Please can we book the Pavilion???

I’m sure you have been following the build progress for our exciting project to upgrade the pavilion building on Mill Lane Playing Fields. There will be a larger hall, a fully fitted bar and a commercial specification kitchen. Upstairs the two smaller rooms will be redecorated and the balcony has been significantly extended over the new foyer and hall extension.

We will be actively encouraging community use of the facilities alongside the sports requirements of the existing clubs. At this point, we do not have visibility of the 2026 fixtures for the sports clubs so we are not currently in a position to offer bookings for other users of the hall just yet. As soon as we have a calendar of available dates and times for rooms in 2026 we will be able to offer them for booking. Please watch this space!

Our launch event for the pavilion is planned for Monday 4th May. If you would like to come along on that date we can show you around and you can see all the new and refurbished facilities first-hand.
