Executive Administrator Job Vacancy
25-37 hours per week (negotiable)
Competitive salary package starting from £30,000 per annum pro-rata
An exciting career opportunity has arisen to join Headley Parish Council as the Executive Administrator. This role is open to candidates with experience in administrative duties and an ability to work with people. Managing the day-to-day administration of the Council, key responsibilities include preparing Agendas and Minutes for the monthly Full Council Meetings, working with Councillors to plan and deliver the Council’s aims and objectives and talking with Parish residents to explain Council policy and take feedback. The role is supported by an experienced Financial Officer handling the statutory accounting requirements.
As the Executive Officer of the Council, you will have some flexibility in the hours you work and will be given training to complete the Certificate in Local Council Administration. The role is also open to those already experienced in the sector.
